Infrastructure for Civil-Military Synergies - Step 1

This call is a joint venture from Vinnova and the Swedish Armed Forces. The overall aim is to create a national infrastructure of organizations with networks, resources and competences to achieve an effective interaction between civil and defence-oriented innovation environments and defense authorities. The offer is divided into two stages: In Step 1, we want to get input on how a national infrastructure can be created. We offer interested innovation environments to apply for a planning grant of no more than SEK 200,000 to individually and/or in collaboration with others develop an outline for a model as well as a strategy for a national innovation support infrastructure for civil-military synergies, which includes the role and resource needs of the own organization . Outlines and strategies produced in Stage 1 will be the basis for the design of Stage 2. We plan to offer long-term support for developing the infrastructure. This call will be open to everyone, regardless of whether you have applied for a planning grant in Stage 1 or not.
